The Process
Weekly
We review and code your transactions using the invoices and receipts uploaded to your Hubdoc or Dext.
This includes verifying suppliers GST registration and bank details. If we don't have a matching receipt we check the transactions with you to ensure they are not fraudulent.
Monthly
We know that your bank transactions magically feed into Xero however even tech can have a bad day. That's why we do monthly reconciliations between what's in Xero and what's on your bank statement so there are no nasty surprises.
Quarterly
We do a thorough review of all your transactions before preparing your BAS to ensure 100% accuracy. This includes checking employee payments and connecting with your accountant about deductions.
