With over 20 years in financial services and driven by a desire for connection, growth and adventure. Kylie supports business owners to operate their business seamlessly in Australia and internationally.

Her career began in self-managed superannuation and financial advisory services, before expanding into bookkeeping for small business and investment entities.

While her children were young, Kylie completed her BAS Agent qualifications and after spending time in both Canberra and the Central Coast of NSW, her family decided to lay their roots in Newcastle and she founder her own practice - Greenhouse Bookkeeping.

Kylie is a licensed BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board, a certified Strategic Bookkeeper, Xero advisor and voting member of the Institute or Certified Bookkeepers.

Client: Luxury Boutique resort

Challenge: Remote location with a frequently changing on-site team needing re-imbursement for purchasing supplies and other guest amenities.

Result: By implementing the payment solution OFX, we were able to provide digital expense cards to the on-site team as well as giving the Directors the ability to approve supplier payments and payroll via the app.

They no longer needed to manually enter supplier invoices and schedule payments allowing them the freedom to travel frequently, nationally and internationally

Clarity

Client: Life Coach & Retreat Facilitator

Challenge: Multiple income streams, always chasing payment of invoices and clients contacting them directly to make appointments.

Result: We implemented Acuity scheduling with a Stripe payment integration and Xero feed. By migrating clients to using the scheduling online and paying in advance, resulting in increased cash flow and no outstanding invoices.
